It is possibly the worst cruise experience I had. The boarding was at 8pm and after the 1hr absolutely nothing we were at the same place. Then the food started. I appreciate the table wise allocation to the buffet to control crowd. But please have some common sense that the person in the last row should atleast have sometime to get the food and desserts. They started the show followed by the song and dance where the buffet was as soon as we took the appetizers. The waiters do not have the basic ettiqutte to ask whether you are done before taking your plates. I did not have another option but to book this one because all other cruises were booked. But please do avoid Rayna cruises.
