1. Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are InTicketo Global ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a travel and tourism platform with a registered office in Media City, United Arab Emirates, and regional offices in Kathmandu, Nepal; Singapore; and Gujarat, India.

We operate the website https://inticketoglobal.com/, together with any related products and services that reference these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Services"). You can contact us at help@inticketoglobal.com.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and InTicketo Global, governing your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time by revising the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Users under the age of 18 may only use the Services under the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Our Services

InTicketo Global connects travelers with tours, activities, attraction tickets, cruises, trekking experiences, transport, and holiday packages across our operating regions and partner destinations worldwide. Information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to local law. Users accessing the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our content

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, software, designs, text, photographs, graphics, and the InTicketo Global name and logo (collectively, the "Content" and "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark law and are provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Your license to use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and to download or print a copy of any Content you have properly accessed, solely for personal, non-commercial use. No part of the Services or Content may be reproduced, republished, or exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. Requests should be sent to help@inticketoglobal.com.

Your reviews and contributions

By submitting reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("Contributions") through the Services, you grant InTicketo Global a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for any purpose related to operating and promoting the Services. You confirm that your Contributions are original to you (or that you hold the necessary rights), are not false or misleading, and do not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any Contribution at our sole discretion.

4. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

All information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete;
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, or if a minor, have parental consent;
You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means;
You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
Your use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services.

5. Account Registration

You may be required to register an account to use certain Services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to remove or change a username that we consider inappropriate, misleading, or objectionable at our sole discretion.

6. Products, Purchases & Payment

All products and experiences listed on the Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any listing at any time. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are displayed in the currency selected at checkout, based on your region.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal, among other regionally supported options.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your order at the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors without authorization.

7. Cancellation & Refunds Policy

This section is a summary of our full Cancellation & Refund Policy, which applies to all bookings made through InTicketo Global. There is one rule for treks and one rule for all other bookings.

7.1 Treks: 30-Day Cancellation and Lifetime Deposit

This applies to all multi-day treks (for example Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Base Camp, Everest Three Passes and Everest Base Camp Short Trek).

Cancel 30 days or more before departure: we refund everything you have paid, except the deposit.
Cancel less than 30 days before departure: no refund of the amount paid.
Lifetime deposit: your deposit is never lost. Whenever you cancel, it stays valid for life as credit and can be moved to any future date or any other trip we offer, free of charge.
No-show or leaving the trek early (for any reason, including illness or injury): no refund for unused days or services. We provide the receipts and letters needed for your travel insurance claim.

7.2 All Other Bookings: 24-Hour Free Change

This applies to everything that is not a trek (for example helicopter tours, mountain flights, day tours, activities, transfers and private car hire).

Tell us 24 hours or more before the start time: you can move your booking to another date free of charge, or keep the full amount as credit for any other InTicketo trip. These bookings are not refunded in cash.
Less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-show: no refund, change or credit.

7.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations

If InTicketo Global or our operating partner cancels an activity because of weather, safety or operational reasons, you may choose a new date (subject to availability), full credit for another InTicketo trip, or a full refund of the amount paid for that booking. No additional compensation or consequential costs (including flights, accommodation or other travel arrangements you booked separately) will be provided.

7.4 How to Cancel and Refund Processing

Send your booking number to help@inticketoglobal.com or WhatsApp +977 9712067531. The time we receive your message (Nepal time) is used for the 30-day and 24-hour limits. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 2–7 business days; international card refunds may take longer. InTicketo Global is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

7.5 Special Offers

Bookings made with a discount code marked "non-refundable" at checkout follow that condition instead of Sections 7.1 and 7.2.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept this Cancellation & Refunds Policy in full.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Systematically scrape, harvest, or compile data from the Services without written permission;
Circumvent or interfere with any security feature of the Services;
Use the Services to harass, defraud, or mislead other users or our team;
Upload viruses, malicious code, or engage in spamming;
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract data from the Services;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our software or platform;
Impersonate another person, business, or InTicketo Global staff member; or
Use the Services for any competing commercial venture without authorization.

9. Guidelines for Reviews & Contributions

When posting a review or rating, you must have firsthand experience with the activity or operator reviewed. Reviews must not contain profanity, hate speech, discriminatory language, references to illegal activity, false statements, or content organized as part of a review campaign. We may accept, reject, edit, or remove any review at our sole discretion. Reviews reflect the views of their authors and are not endorsed by InTicketo Global.

10. Services Management

We reserve the right, without obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Terms, restrict or remove any content or account we consider harmful or non-compliant, and take appropriate action — including legal action or reporting to relevant authorities — to protect our rights, our users, and the integrity of the Services.

11. Privacy Policy & Copyright

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you believe any material on the Services infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately at help@inticketoglobal.com with details of the material in question.

12. Term, Termination & Modifications

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, without notice or liability, to deny access to or terminate any account for any reason, including breach of these Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice, and we will not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience. Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, which we reserve the right to correct at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to InTicketo Global's right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or principal place of business where required by local consumer protection law.

14. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InTicketo Global disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Services or any third-party content, listings, or operators featured on the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InTicketo Global, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profit or lost data — arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold InTicketo Global and its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Contributions, your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

16. Electronic Communications & Miscellaneous

By using the Services, providing an email address, or completing an online form, you consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InTicketo Global regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and InTicketo Global as a result of these Terms or your use of the Services.
